Dialler Manager

Description:

• We're on the hunt for the Dialler Manager for USA campaigns at our telemarketing BPO in South Africa that operates within a high-volume outbound call center environment. The role responsible for managing and optimising the dialler system to ensure efficient and effective campaign performance. This role collaborates closely with campaign managers, IT, and quality assurance teams to achieve campaign objectives.
  

Your primary goal is to maximize agent productivity and campaign performance through effective management of the dialler system. Key outputs expected include:

1. Dialler Optimisation: Configure and manage the dialler system to ensure optimal dialing strategies, including pacing, prioritization, and call routing.
2. Performance Monitoring: Monitor real-time and historical performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
3. Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and campaign-specific guidelines, such as TCPA regulations, while optimizing dialing strategies.
4. Training and Support: Provide training and support to agents and supervisors on dialler usage and best practices to enhance productivity and campaign outcomes.
5. Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on dialler performance, agent productivity, and campaign results to drive data-driven decision-making.
