Who we are: We are a creative force in the digital marketing arena, dedicated to driving brand success in the automotive industry.Who are we looking for: A Social Media Strategist with a potent mix of creativity, strategic thinking and a passion for all things automotive.What will you do:Strategy development: Create and execute social media strategies aligned with overall business and brand objectives, considering the target audience, brand identity and market trendsGoal setting: Collaborate closely with client to identify social media goals, define target audiences, and develop a clear roadmap for engagement and growthContent creation: Craft compelling and brand-specific content with the team that resonates with automotive enthusiasts, from daily posts to interactive campaigns, across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTubeCampaign management: Plan, launch and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, user engagement and conversionsAnalytics and reporting: Track, analyse, and report on key metrics using social media management tools to measure the performance of campaigns, derive insights and optimize strategiesBudgets: Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns, optimizing for performance and lead generationTrend monitoring and social listening: Monitor automotive trends and engage in social listening to inform content strategies, ensuring relevance and thought leadership in the digital automotive spaceCollaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content creators, designers and sales to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation across all platformsWhat do you need:Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, automotive experience a plusIn-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for each platformProficiency in using social media management tools for scheduling, analytics, and reportingStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and adjust strategies accordinglyStrong understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindsetAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlinesA portfolio that demonstrates an ability to create compelling content, automotive-related a plusBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field is preferredCertifications in social media marketing would be a plusValid passport for overseas travel
