Our Client, a reputable company in the Financial Sector, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Wills Drafter & Safe Custody Administrator to join their team. Qualifications & Experience
  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate is a minimum requirement.
  • A Paralegal Diploma or Legal Secretary qualification is a strong advantage.
  • FISA Wills Drafter certificate or equivalent qualification in Wills Drafting.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Wills drafting within a law firm, deceased estates, or fiduciary environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and technical expertise in all aspects of Wills drafting and safe custody procedures.
  • Experience in deceased estate administration is preferable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Requirements:
