Job Description

Your duties will encompass:

  • Managing Team Schedule.
  • Coordinate all aspects of service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer service.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers.
  • Monitor service requests and assign technicians to appropriate jobs.
  • Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on service status.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate access for weekend and after hours work with teams and clients.
  • Update the SLA (Service Level Agreement) list.
  • Follow up with relevant personnel for outstanding quotes.
  • Load Field motion reports upon technician requests.
  • Create new customer or user profiles as needed.
  • Liaise with Field motion support for technical assistance.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support operations.

  • NQF 5 certificate in related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in service coordination or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software.
  • Experience from Engineering, Construction or IT industries.
