· Position based in Lynwood, Pretoria
· Position office based, Monday to Friday
· Travelling for projects

· Feasibility Studies
· Design Consultants
· Design Visualization
· Tender documentation and adjudication
· Detail and construction drawings
· Contract administration
Responsibilities & Requirements:
· Min 5-8 Years Experience working as a Senior Architectural Technologist
· Proficient in AutoCAD
· Commercial and retail project experience
Aiding the Lead Architect with all aspects of design development
Responsible for the design development of projects from concept to completion
Responsible for all local authority compliance and code compliance
Responsible for utilising correct design standards
· Creating and coordinating contract documents
· Reviewing drawings
· Coordinating with consultants, staff and clients
· Supporting projects through to contract administration and completion
Requirements:
- Autocad: 3 to 4 years
- Revit: 3 to 4 years
- Architecture
