Job Description:
As a Quality Assurer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products/services meet and exceed industry standards and customer expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales and training, to identify areas for improvement and implement quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Listen to 50 calls a week.
2.
Give feedback to agents on their call quality.
3.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics, standards, and benchmarks.
4. Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
5. Perform ongoing quality checks to ensure continued compliance with quality standards.
6. Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance.
7. Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
8. Provide training and guidance – Offer training and guidance to team members on quality assurance principles, methodologies and tools to enhance their understanding and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or related
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
