United Business Solutions is a South African-based supplier of office automation products and solutions. With 32 years of operating in the South African Office Automation industry, United Business has expanded its support infrastructure to provide turnkey office solutions to businesses of all sizes. We offer rapid door-to-door delivery and installation of photocopiers, printers, multi-functional products (MFP's), shredders, PABX Switchboard Systems, and CCTV surveillance systems along with options for ongoing support through our post-sales support infrastructure.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Sales Specialist located in Johannesburg. The Internal Sales Specialist will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales, training sales representatives, and managing the sales team. The Internal Sales Specialist will also be responsible for providing support to the sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction.

We use advanced marketing and Sales software and team members must be proficent in modern sales software tools. Training will be given

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Experience in training sales representatives
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the office automation industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field would be advantageous

Experience with a CRM software is also preferred.
