Senior BI Analyst

Are you a seasoned Business Intelligence Analyst with a passion for driving data-driven decisions? Join a leading insurance provider as a Senior BI Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy and insights framework. As a Senior BI Analyst at our organization, you'll leverage your expertise to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll design and implement scalable BI solutions, develop robust reporting dashboards, and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions to support business objectives
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
Develop and enhance data models, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks
Create visually compelling dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in BI and analytics, driving continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
Proven experience as a BI Analyst, with expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Minimum of 8-10 years’ working experience in building ETL pipelines and experience in SSIS, SSRS and SSAS
Azure experience is a non-negotiable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
