This opportunity requires and individual with proven senior management experience in a multinational space.
Job Description:
- Update procedures to manage risk and costs.
- Lead Risk & Compliance team.
- Automate accounting processes.
- Provide CEO with accurate financial information.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS.
- Manage tax obligations.
- Provide strategic insights to CEO.
- Manage budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze monthly finances.
- Manage Capex and WIP.
- Lead Finance Team.
- Contribute to Exco positively.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- CA(SA) accreditation is essential
- 8 to 10 years commercial experience.
- 3 to 5 proven managerial experience
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing space is essential
- Multinational or JSE environment experience is essential
