Our client is looking for an experienced Software Development Manager to lead their dynamic team. The role involves overseeing the development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions, and directing system architecture designs. Responsibilities :- Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate the team, communicate effectively, and handle conflict resolution.
- Strategic Planning: Organize workflows, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop long-term strategies aligned with company goals.
- Effective Management: Efficiently allocate resources, manage time, budgets, and mitigate risks. Emphasize change management.
- Technical Expertise: Understand programming, software architecture, and design principles. Stay updated on industry trends and ensure quality assurance.
- Communication / Collaboration: Establish transparent communication, define roles and expectations, promote collaboration, and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 10-15 years in software development, with 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of development methodologies, programming languages, and frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
