Group Financial Accountant

Description:

An investment holding company with a portfolio of clients seeks to employ a group financial accountant. The role will later transition in to more of a Financial Manager position. You will form part of a strong yet small finance team of other chartered accountants, who will add value. This position comes with flexibility. To find out more, please share your CV with me
Management Accounts
Loan account reconciliations
Drafting of reports for the finance and risk committee, as well as board of directors
Tax Calculations and Compliance
Compilation of group consolidated budgets and budget reporting pack
Group consolidated cash flow forecast
Assistance/involvement with mergers and acquisitions
Ensure that financial transactions in the group are recorded in compliance with IFRS
Assist group companies with technical accounting transactions and year-end reporting packs

Qualification:
CA(SA) non-negotiable
