- Create engaging and interactive learning content using various tools and technologies
- Develop e-learning modules, instructor-led presentations, job aids, and micro-learning materials
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations)
- Prepare content files in SCORM format, for packaging and ingestion into platform
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
- Being able to design and develop in
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Articulate
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Teams
- Camtasia (Video recording software)
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Being able to access channels to stay abreast and integrate trends and best practices in learning technologies with instructional design (ie: Micro-learning and Mobile learning)
- Utilize and design in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate) to produce online courses
- Integrating AI, VR and AR capabilities into a blended learning approach
- Managing multiple stakeholders and being able to plan and prioritize
- Agile development methodologies
- Working with formal project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
