Job Title: Sales Agent- Entry Position
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and market trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Present and promote products or services effectively to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients before, during, and after the sales process
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and competitors in order to maintain a competitive edge
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales agent or similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- must be between the ages of 18-29 years old
