- Recognised three-year degree, preferably in Statistics, Business Analytics, or other data-related fields or an Honours degree in Psychology or Social Sciences discipline.
- One year in a Data Analyst or similar role, ideally within a market research, marketing, or consumer insights organisation.
- Working knowledge of descriptive and some predictive statistics.
- Working experience with data analysis tools would be advantageous e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, Q.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; specifically, MS Teams, MS Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with skills including creating and using pivot tables, slicers and VLOOKUP’s, are advantageous.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Visualization & Automation: Creating visual outputs for statistical analysis, including producing reports, maintaining and generating automated reports and dashboards.

Analytics: Supporting research insights delivery through statistical analysis, including tasks like data cleaning, processing free text, setting up data in statistical tools, running analyses, and updating presentations.

Quality & Improvement: Ensuring consistent quality and continuous improvement by approaching tasks with a quality mindset, identifying and resolving issues, conducting quality control, and contributing to workflow efficiency enhancements.

Administration: Carrying out administrative tasks related to analytics activities, such as applying standard operating procedures, managing workload and projects independently, and using project management tools for task tracking.
