Creditors Manager

Description:

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable manager looking to make a career move into a more challenging and operational role? We are looking for a well-versed AP Manager, with proven team management experience in a large entity working with both local and foreign currencies to take responsibility for the AP department success and to ensure quality performance, whilst implementing and improving systems, policies, procedures and more.
Lead, train and monitor the Accounts Payable team leads and team
Ensure procedures and processes are adhered to in line with SLAs
Ensure timeous processing of invoices and adhere to payment terms
Provide KPIs pertaining to Accounts Payable and PO performance
Responsible for trade creditors and supplier statement recons
Ensure continuous team improvement and culture of best practice
Monitor the systems and processes used within AP

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years or more in a managerial role, managing the Accounts payable team
Large teams of 10 or more people
Group services experience
Multi-jurisdiction experience
Multi-currency experience
Involvement in process changes and implementations procedures

Qualification:
Tertiary qualification in finance
Matric
