Description:
- Full weekly wage payroll function for about 120 employees, including the following;
- Allocation and capturing of timesheets;
- Payments and reconciliations (PAYE, Retirement Fund, etc.);
- Processing Union deductions
- Follow- up and resolve queries;
- Communicate with management and employees;
- Preparing reports (EE, Budgeting, WCA, etc.);
- Maintaining employee records;
- COIDA administration and claims.
- Keeping monthly schedules of expenses, training, etc
- Bargaining Council experience (advantageous)
Requirements:

- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience is essential;
- Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field would be advantageous;
- Knowledge of VIP Premier Payroll and Sage 300 is an advantage;
- Computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite essential
