Are you an avid Quantity Surveyor wanting to work with people from various industries? Our client takes on various medium to large maintenance and repair projects, working with steel. This is an opportunity to work with experienced Engineers and gain invaluable experience and build work relationships for a lifetime. The role requires additional hours to be worked, enabling you to increase your income potential with overtime. Standard work hours are 7:00 – 15:00 and project hours will be longer and compensated for. Projects range from between 40 and 90 days. REQUIREMENTS- Matric, and BTech Quantity Surveying degree
- 3 years in a Quantity Surveying Office
- Computer proficient in, WinQS, DimX, SAP, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel), Adobe
- Experience in any Accounting Software (SAP, Pastel, Sage, etc.)
- Experience in using Estimating Software
- Have experience working in a team
- Attention to detail imperative
- Must be deadline-driven

- Managing enquiries for Tender purposes
- Adjudication of Tenders
- Contract Bill of Quantities
- Contract Administration
- Site Measures
- Interim Payments
- Final Accounts
- Engineering Estimates
- Cost Reporting
Salary is dependent on experience.
