SALES ASSOCIATE (FIRGROVE, CAPE TOWN)

Description:

Our client in Firgrove, Cape town is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join the team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements:

• Proven retail experience, preferably in a similar role
• Minimum Matric qualification with mathematics
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is advantageous
• Knowledge of inventory procedures and stocktaking
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities:

• Track orders, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely delivery
• Maintain adequate stock levels
• Assist with processing and tracking of orders
• Resolve customer queries and complaints with a focus on excellent service
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store goals
• Process point-of-sale transactions and handle product returns
• Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest improvements
