Description:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by professional conduct, regular follow ups/customer visits, knowledge of the customer's business and meeting deadlines
Proactively deal with customers telephonically or face-to-face to ensure that issues are resolved, and relationships strengthened
Effectively cross sell products to existing customers
Generate new business and attend sales meetings
Ensure efficient installation and repair of safety equipment so that products are functioning according to required standards
Respond promptly to customer call-out requests
Project manage large and small projects according to company project management schedules and templates
Feed new product design ideas or upgrades from customer to R&D team and provide feedback to customer on the R&D team's recommendations
Complete reporting requirements and administration timeously and accurately (SLA, invoices, budget reporting, sales)
Prepare sales presentations, increasing market share and profits within the responsible area
