General Management Skills; Sales & Commercial skills are crucial;
Financial & Production control such as Inventory, Cash, Debtors and Creditors, Logistics/Supply Chain, SHEQ & HR skills and understanding - All rounder/and/or practical knowledge is essential;
Strong Technical and operational acument; Customer centricity is essential; Your understanding of dealing with the Automotive/vehicle manufacturers can be an advantage; Able to grow and develop the Eastern Cape region in close cell and open cell foam products is crucial. Your will have your own support team and further supported from our other sites, particularly our larger Cape Town site to grow your Branch.
Proficient in MS Office & Syspro /or Equivalent ERP system. People skills, including managing a diverse workforce is essential.

Grade 12/or Equivalent qualification; Appropriate Technikon/or B Degree/or Business /commercial qualification
+-10 yearworking experience at Middle Management level, preferably in a manufacturing environment with astrong sales and marketing focus and mindset.
A strong costing knowledge would be highly beneficial, considering a large portion of the content will involve understanding how the prices are made up.
