Managing the Sales & Marketing function at the branch
Conducting Sales & Marketing intelligence/Development Sales strategies and to develope and grow certain market segments for current /future growth.
Responsible for calling on all major customers and ensuring that proper long lasting relations are built. Monitoring Sales performance of staff and esnuring that Sales Team objectives are achieved. Developing new business; Achieving Sales budget objectives; Updating of price list and set selling process in place with Branch Manager.
Good product knowledge, application and understanding. Good communications skills; Ability and proven sales track record and motivation of driving sales teams to achieve; Coaching, guiding, mentoring skills to encourage Sales team;

- Marketing Strategy Planning
- Negotiating Contracts
Education: Grade 12 /or Equivalent qualification; Diploma/or Degree/ or commercial qualification in Sales & Marketing post matric
Experience +5-8 years in Sales Management role
Exposure in Foam or Synthetic Plastics environment/ Understanding /or working Costings knowledge ; Other Computer MS Office/Syspro, Excell etc
Valid Drivers License is essential.
