You will have full risk spectrum including credit risk, market, operational risk, liquidity risk, interest rate and IT security. Working closely with senior leadership, you will provide strategic guidance on credit risk appetite, policies, and limits, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the credit risk management framework, policies, and procedures.
- Establish and monitor credit risk appetite, limits, and metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance and oversight on credit risk assessment, including portfolio analysis, stress testing, and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with business units to enhance credit risk identification, measurement, and monitoring processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging risks to provide proactive risk management recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in credit risk management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of credit risk modeling, analytics, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
- Proven track record of leading successful risk management initiatives in a complex and dynamic environment.
