Description:
Management of the precinct in line with the agreed strategy. The incumbent keeps abreast of new market opportunities and trends to maximise the portfolio efficiency and collaborates with other divisions to achieve the overall business strategy. In addition this role ensures consistency in the delivery on required business outputs for the relevant function. The incumbent provides guidance to team members to embed the reguirements for exceptional client/cuslomer service and ensures that relevant mechanisms are in place to improve operational efficiency. In addition to this. this role is focused on the analysis of data into meaningful reports to enable decision making and maximised net income
