Our Client, a Private Hospital Client has a position for an Enrolled Nurse - Theatre Experience in KwaZulu Natal. The EN must be knowlegable in anaesthetics, flooring and circulating.

- Promote and maintain patient health and give health education.
- Strong quality patient care orientation
- High energy levels and tolerance for stress/pressure
- Identify risks and identify incident policies.
- Adaptable and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
- BLS competent
- Ability to monitor vital signs, identify the abnormalities and report to the RN.
- Competent in physical assessment.
- High energy levels and tolerance for stress/pressure.
- Focus on quality patient care and accompany stable patients to procedures and interventions.
- Assist with setting and preparing for procedures and interventions.
- Problem analysis/solving skills and accurate record keeping.
- Adaptable and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to render basic nursing care under supervision.
- Shift work compulsory.
- Ad hoc duties.

Matric
Registered with SANC as an Enrolled Nurse.
Minimum proven 4-5 years’ experience as an Enrolled Nurse.
Previous experience in a Private Hospital in a Theatre Ward.
Knowledge of aneasethics, flooring and circulation.
Understand basic IPC practices.
