Responsibilities:
· Deliver an excellent customer experience
· Provide comprehensive support to customers, addressing all questions related to our product via telephone and email (inbound)
· Serve as the interface between the customer and various departments
· Employ consistent troubleshooting techniques to promptly identify and resolve customer issues
· Document and track customer issues and resolutions
· Adhere to escalation procedures as necessary
· Collaborate with team leaders to improve day-to-day customer experiences
· Undertake miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as defined by management
Requirements:
· Minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience, preferably in the BPO sector.
· Excellent communication skills in English & Dutch (written and verbal)
· Experience in customer service, preferably in a technical environment.
· Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on customer service.
Salary:
· R27 000 CTC per month
