The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
Offer expert technical advice on IFRS 17 for the group's projects
Execute the implementation of IFRS 17 standards and relevant amendments impacting the group
Conduct training sessions on pertinent topics for the group
Review financial statements for compliance
Engage and liaise with auditors for consultations
Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in technical report writing
Skills & Experience:
Prior / current insurance industry experience
Profound IFRS knowledge essential
IFRS 17 knowledge beneficial
Pastel & Advanced Excel advantageous.
Qualification:
CA (SA) qualification essential with 2-3 years post article experience.
