Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Effective communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders, such as senior management or department heads
- Understanding of cost classification, cost behaviour, cost allocation, and cost-volume-profit analysis to assist in decision-making, budgeting, and pricing strategies
- Ability to develop, monitor, and analyse budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning and performance evaluation
- Capability to prepare and present financial reports and analysis to support decision-making by management
- Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheet applications, and other relevant financial tools
- Knowledge of internal control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations, safeguard assets, and mitigate risks
- Ability to identify financial problems or inefficiencies and propose solutions to address them
Qualifications:
- BCom Accounting
- Minimum 6 years’ experience
- Minimum 2 years’ Management experience
