Description:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) Officer to join our paper manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations and standards within the manufacturing plant. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring SHEQ policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment while ensuring product quality and environmental sustainability.- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or related field.
- Professional certification in safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) and/or quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) preferred.
- Proven experience (X years) working in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in paper manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, analyze data, and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and SHEQ management software.
