In this pivotal role within their Business Enablement Department, you'll report directly to the CFO with a direct line to the CEO. Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and vetting legal documentation
- Providing strategic legal advice on transactions and structuring
- Managing contractual claims, disputes, and litigation

Key Requirements:
- B-degree in Law or LLB; Admitted Attorney or Advocate
- Minimum 5 years post articles experience, with 1 year in-house in financial services
