My client is seeking a highly talented Financial Controller to join their Group Finance team in Sandton. As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior management and lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee Financial close processes
- Design and build financial reports
- Manage and develop a high-performing finance team
- Monthly performance reporting
- Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships with stakeholders
- Matrix Reporting structure
- Assist and be actively involved in the annual budgeting process
- CA (SA)
- 8+ Years relevant experience in a similar role
