As a Civil Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing construction and infrastructure projects, from inception to completion. Here's what you'll be doing:

ðï¸ Developing comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
ð¤ Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
ð Identifying and mitigating project risks, while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
ð Preparing and reviewing project proposals, contracts, and documentation.
ð§ Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and adherence to specifications.
ð Maintaining detailed project documentation and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
ð¡ Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings, and providing recommendations to senior management.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

ð A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with professional certifications and registrations (ECSA/SACPQSP, SACPCMP, PMI).
ð§ Five years of experience in project management within the construction industry, including large-scale projects.
ð¼ Strong technical expertise in construction or engineering, as well as proficiency in project management software and tools.
ð Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
ð¥ï¸ Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
ðª The ability to work independently, while effectively guiding and leading supporting staff.
