We are seeking a talented Mechatronic Engineer with expertise in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of skills in mechanical and electrical engineering, coupled with proficiency in PLC programming and industrial automation. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, integrating, and optimizing mechatronic systems, with a focus on PLC-based control solutions for manufacturing and automation applications.- System Design and Integration:
- Design and develop mechatronic systems integrating mechanical components, electrical devices, sensors, actuators, and PLC-based control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, develop conceptual designs, and create detailed specifications.
- Ensure seamless integration of PLCs with other system components, including motors, drives, sensors, and human-machine interfaces (HMIs).
- PLC Programming and Configuration:
- Program and configure PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) using ladder logic, function block diagrams (FBD), structured text, or other programming languages.
- Develop PLC logic for controlling motion, process sequences, machine operations, and data acquisition in industrial automation applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in PLC programming software (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000) and HMI development tools
