Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our creative team. As an integral part of our interior design department, you will use your expertise in Revit to translate design concepts into functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with architects, clients, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.
2. Create detailed interior layouts, floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using Revit .
3. Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings to enhance the overall design.
4. Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and safety regulations.
5. Participate in client presentations and communicate design concepts effectively.
6. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors during project execution.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Degree or Diploma: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer, with proficiency in Revit .
3. Revit Proficiency: Strong command of Revit for creating detailed interior drawings and visualizations.
4. Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop unique design solutions.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
6. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in design execution and documentation.
7. Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing your interior design projects, emphasizing Revit proficiency.
