  • Housekeeping of reception area.

  • Boardroom bookings.

Qualifications


Grade 12 / Matric

  • Computer Literacy in Excel, Word and Outlook

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a receptionist or in office administration
  • Ability to multi-task and handle several issues simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude.


Required Skills / Knowledge

  • Telephone Etiquette skills is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of urgency
  • Friendly disposition
  • Professional
