Qualifications:A minimum of a BSc. or B Eng. Degree in Civil Engineering.A post-graduate qualification in Pavement Studies (advantageous).Must be a Professionally Registered Engineer (Pr Eng.) Experience and Requirements:Must have a minimum of 8 years relevant years post-professional registration experience in a consulting engineering environment including design, and contract documentation.Must be competent in Elmod and Rubicon (non-negotiable).Must have advanced Excel skills (non-negotiable).Must have a working knowledge of FIDIC conditions of contract (non-negotiable).New pavement, reseal and rehabilitation experience are essential (non-negotiable).Must be prepared to work in the field.Must have a valid drivers licence (non-negotiable).
