Personal Assistant/ secretary wanted
candidate has to be:
an initiator
degree/diploma would be advantageous but not necessary
have the ability to organize and plan, be systematic and pay attention to detail
excellent proficiency in English Language (Bi- lingual would be an advantage)
be computer literate and well versed in word, excel, outlook etc.
have immaculate telephone etiquette
able to manage CEOs correspondence( email/ telephone)
attend meetings and take minutes
have a friendly and outgoing personality
willing to learn and adapt
do anything ad hoc that has not been mentioned
(Appropriate remuneration will be discussed with selected candidates at interview)
