Minimum Requirements:
Completed design-related degree/ certification.
4 or more years of experience as a Designer with 2 years specific to an Agency environment.
Advanced Adobe Suite skills.
Figma, After Effects and 2D/3D animation experience are advantageous.
Valid License and own vehicle.
Portfolio of work (Please include a link on CV).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop creative design solutions for diverse projects, including branding and marketing campaigns for international companies.
Collaborate with team members to generate innovative concepts aligned with client objectives.
Interpret briefs to produce visually engaging designs that adhere to brand guidelines.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance design skills.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to gather feedback and address concerns.
Conduct quality checks to maintain design integrity.
Mentor junior designers and foster a supportive team environment.
