As part of our commitment to fostering emerging talent, we are offering a 12-month internship program based in Ballito.



Job Description:

As an Intern at Ntice, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and insights into the dynamic world of recruitment. This internship program is designed to provide you with hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to various aspects of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities :

Reception:


  • Answering all incoming calls, transferring them to relevant staff members, and taking messages as needed

Administrative Support:


  • Handle various administrative tasks, such as CV typing, data entry, filing, and maintaining candidate records
  • Completing candidate checks e.g., qualification verification, ITC and criminal checks
  • Completing references for senior recruitment consultants
  • Writing adverts to place on online job boards
  • Maintaining the CRM and candidate database
  • Supporting senior recruitment consultants in sourcing candidates for live roles
  • Assisting senior recruitment consultants with market research for senior assignments

Candidate Screening:


  • Participate in screening and assessing candidates' qualifications and suitability for job openings
  • Adding relevant candidate notes to the system

Interview Coordination:


  • Schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing necessary information and guidance

Professional Development:


  • Participate in on-the-job training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills in recruitment

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • A genuine interest in the recruitment industry
  • Matric Certificate with a completed tertiary qualification/ certificate
  • High emotional intelligence coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Have a valid driver ' s license and own car
  • Own your own reliable vehicle
