Description:
A) Responsible for the commissioning, debugging, cutover and acceptance of wireless products (including GU, CDMAB) Transfers skills to technical engineers of representative offices and outsourcing personnel.
C) Provides technical support and troubleshooting for maintenance during the engineering period.
D) Handles the faults escalated from the front line of wireless products.(Management)
E) Escalates the faults that cannot be handled by the second line of wireless products to the third line of technical support.(Management)
F) Conducts preventive maintenance of wireless products.(Management)
G) Provides optimization suggestions or solutions based on wireless network problems
H)need to support the optimization work.
Requirements:
- Troubleshooting: 4 to 5 years
- Commissioning: 4 to 5 years
- Debugging: 4 to 5 years
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in wireless network administration.
- Strong knowledge of wireless networking protocols and technologies.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with security standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Industry certifications such as CCNA or CWNA are a plus.
