Job Responsibilities
· Have complete knowledge on how to operate the production machine
· Ensure machine function and output is according to specification (Speed and Temperature.
· Monitor and evaluates production records and reports findings to management
· Know how to change the various products
· Assist Team Leaders to organize the production workflow, and ensure work arrangement for workers
· Oversee the team performance
· Find out the problem when machine breaks down – troubleshooting
· Monitor the production process and the flow of materials
· Quality standard as per the company’s standards are always maintained, including service, packaging, and testing
· Finished products to be placed in the correct place.
· Always ensure that safety regulations are adhered to, and that the working environment is clean as per the company’s standard
Requirements:
Diploma for technical machinery
*Understand basic mechanical principles
*Understand and know how to operate the basic machine maintenance
*People skills/Team player
