We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Specialist Auditor specializing in Finance and Operations to join our team. If you have a strong background in auditing, finance, and operations, and a keen eye for detail, we invite you to apply for this senior-level position.The main purpose of the Job:To plan and execute finance and operational audits in accordance with IIA professional standards.Provide technical support to business audit teams on financial and operational.Keep the wider internal audit team up-to-date on finance and operational developments.Represent Group Internal Audit on relevant project teams/steering committees. What you’ll do:To plan and execute finance and operational audits in accordance with IIA professional standards.Provide technical support to business audit teams on financial and operational.Keep the wider internal audit team up to date on finance and operational developments.Represent group internal audit on relevant project teams/steering committees.Stakeholder relationship development and management.Develop detailed audit plans and programs based on risk analysis.Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations.Prepare comprehensive written reports communicating the results of the audit.Lead and conduct special assignments and/ or investigations.Follow up on corrective actions required as necessary.Other related duties may be required from time to time.Qualifications Required:Newly qualified CA (SA) (up to 3 years post-qualification experience).Financial auditing experience is essential.Strong technical skills and understanding (Accounting, Business Operations).Audit (internal or external audit) experience within an ICT company would be beneficial.Knowledge of internal auditing theories and standards and the ability to plan audits by IIA standards are beneficial.Personal Attributes/ Soft Skills Required:Strong organizational skills.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.Strong computer literacy.Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.Other information applicable to the opportunity:Permanent positionLocation: (Sandton, JHB) Montrose  Hybrid working model
