Seeking an innovative educational leader to serve as Executive Head. This role entails strategic leadership, staff management, academic excellence, and external engagement. The successful candidate is due to start on the 1st of October 2024. Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Implementing school strategy and fostering excellence.
- Staff Management: Recruiting top talent and ensuring high standards.
- Academic Excellence: Overseeing educational programs and promoting achievement.
- External Engagement: Leading marketing efforts and building partnerships.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field and PGCE.
- Postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years' teaching experience.
- Minimum 5 years' senior management experience in independent schools.
