Description:
Live in kitchen manager for established team. Should be neat and presentable as the post requires guest interaction. Duties include menu prep and planning, stock orders and issuing, budgeting, stock rotation, reporting and functions. The post also feeds the staff on duty daily for both the farm and guesthouse staff. Small, established team so the ability to plan and execute agreed menus is key.
