- Ensure that operations achieve safety, quality, efficiency and customer objectives.
- Effectively planning, leading, organising and controlling of milling operations is essential to ensure maximum control optimising through agreed key performance indicators

- Has oversight of mill production and maintenance staff to provide 24/7 on a 365 operations schedule
- Lead the plant in workforce planning and sourcing to foster a high performing team
Maintenance
- Responsible and accountable to coordinate all maintenance processes
- Ensure a continuous maintenance plan is maintained
- Ensure assets are maintained in good working order and that upgrading is done continuously
Requirements:

- Full Spectrum Grain Grading
- Minimum of 5 years experience

- Own reliable transport

- Forklift drivers license will be advantagous
- Computer literate
