Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting and securing new clients, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other sales tactics
- Present and demonstrate company products or services to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
- Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management on a regular basis
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed
- Grade 12
- Between the ages of 18-29 years old

Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
