Job Overview:
The Report Designer will design all daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports for presentation across all meetings from daily ops meetings to Exco/ Board level. He or she will make Huntswood presentations come to life with eye catching designs be it on Power B.I, Excel, or PowerPoint, while working together with B.I Developers/Analysts, Heads of Delivery, Directors, or any other stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Designing of report:
- Daily
- Weekly including WBRs
- Monthly including MBRs
- Quarterly including QBRs
- All ad hoc PowerPoint presentations.
- Monthly board pack preparation on MS PowerPoint.
- Monthly ops report preparation
- Power B.I dashboard design and quality assurance
- Raw Data administration including all manual raw data processes.
- SharePoint documentation / file management
- Team List administration on HR System
- Any other duties as assigned by Head of B.I.
Job Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience or more in similar role
- National Senior Certificate
- Graphic Design Qualification preferable
Skills Required:
- Advanced MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint which is essential
- Adobe Photoshop experience
- Experience as a Graphic Designer preferable
- SharePoint experience
- Power B.I, advanced MS Excel, sharepoint, presentation skills
