Key Requirements:
• BSc or BEng. Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on road construction and contract expertise.
• Professional registration as an Engineer with ECSA (Pr Eng)
• 15 years of post-graduation experience in consulting engineering, with significant involvement in design and contract documentation.
