Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, with a focus on bearings, pneumatics, hydraulics, rotating equipment, gearboxes, tube mills, open sections, slitting, and band saws.Red Seal trade tested Proven leadership experience in a maintenance or similar role.In-depth knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent understanding of safety regulations and protocols.Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational and time management skills.Willingness to work flexible hours as needed. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure timely and efficient equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.Utilize your expertise in bearings, pneumatics, hydraulics, rotating equipment, gearboxes, tube mills, open sections, slitting, and band saws to address complex maintenance issues.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and proactively address them.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.Manage inventory and ensure the availability of spare parts and tools required for maintenance activities.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
