●Matric (or equivalent)
●Call Centre Experience (Necessity)
●Computer Literate (2 years atleast working on a computer)
●Multilingual ( Include Afrikaans, Xhosa and English)
●Must be Fluent in English, ability to articulate and
bubbly personality
●Clear Credit and Criminal Records
●Must be energetic and passionate
