An international Chemical Manufacturing company has a new opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join their team. They specialize in the manufacturing of bonding technologies, feminine care and household chemicals. As the Manufacturing Manager you will be responsible for cost effective manufacturing operations and to lead and empower employees to transform the organisation.
Education:
BEng Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (must have)
Job Experience & Skills Required:
5 years experience as a Manufacturing in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry
The ability to drive CI, high quality and achieve results.
ISO 9001
Excellent A3 problem solving process experience.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
Monitor manufacturing performance in real time. adjust accordingly to improve performance.
